Do I need a consultation before booking?+
If you're a new client, yes — a consultation is compulsory. Returning clients can book an appointment (a new install, maintenance or removal) directly. If it's been a long time since your last appointment, we'll start with a consultation again.
Where is The Mane Station located?+
TMS currently operates as an appointment-based service in Lagos, Nigeria. Full location details are shared once your appointment is confirmed.
Do you provide the hair?+
We don't keep hair in stock, but we can get it for you. If you're new to extensions and don't know where to buy, we'll source good quality hair through our trusted suppliers. You're also welcome to bring your own. Either way, your consultation confirms the best hair, length and weight for your method and the look you want.
Do you work with natural hair?+
Yes. During your consultation we work out the method that best gets you the result you want, based on your hair and lifestyle.
Which extension method is best for me?+
There is no one-size-fits-all answer. In your consultation we agree the method that best reaches the look you want.
Can I bring my own idea or reference photo?+
Absolutely. Many clients arrive with a clear idea of the look they want — bring photos, screenshots or links. The consultation is where we work out the best way to get you there using our methods.
Can I style my extensions?+
Yes. The goal is to create extensions that blend naturally with your hair and allow versatile styling, subject to proper care.
Do you offer maintenance?+
Maintenance and retightening options are discussed during your consultation. Details will be published here as services expand.
