Many clients arrive with a clear idea of what they want; some arrive with no idea at all. Either way, the consultation is where we find the best way to get you there using our methods — the method, length and volume that reach your look and suit your hair.

How an install comes together.

We start with your idea
Every new client begins with a consultation. Tell us the look you have in mind — a photo, a reference, a feeling — and we look at your natural hair, routine and lifestyle to find the best way to get you there.

We find the route that suits your hair
K-Tips, I-Tips, Tape-Ins or Microlink Wefts — we agree method, length, volume and colour together, choosing the one that reaches your look while suiting your hair type and density.

We install with precision
Your appointment is 1-on-1 and focused. Sections and strands are placed deliberately, with tension and weight checked as we go, so the install sits comfortably against your scalp.

We blend until it disappears
Placement, cutting and styling follow your natural shape, so the extensions part, move and layer like your own hair — the goal is that no one can tell.

We send you home informed
You leave knowing exactly how to wash, dry, brush and protect your hair, so your install stays fresh for longer.
